General Conditions
Contracts may be concluded in English or Maltese.
These conditions do not apply for Business-to-Business.
Orders are not accepted over the phone, however we may be able to reserve goods for a limited time period. Please call for details.
Online orders are concluded once availability is confirmed by email.
Reservations do not constitute a sale unless accompanied by a non-refundable deposit
Services
Please arrive 15 mins before your appointment or on time . Arriving late may reduce your appointment time as each session will finish exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client.
Cancellation Policy
Treatments and personal training appointments that are missed or not rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in your deposit becoming non-refundable. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation takes place more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
Availability
Products displayed on our website may not be in stock. Please call us to confirm availability.
For online orders availability will be confirmed by a return e-mail from one of our salespersons.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are indicated in Euro and are inclusive of applicable Malta VAT rates. Delivery charges (where applicable) are not included in the indicated price but will be added to the total amount once you have selected a delivery option.
Deliveries
We can deliver orders to anywhere in Malta & Gozo.
Free deliveries to Malta and Gozo for orders over €25.00.
Urgent deliveries can be affected at a fee. This will be quoted for when ordering.
Returns
Where goods have been delivered by us, you can return the goods within a period of 14 days, subject to the following conditions:
- Returned within a period of 14 days from delivery;
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase;
- Returned complete of original packaging, all cables, if any, all accessories, if any, and free gifts, if any;
- Returned unopened, unused and in ‘as new’ condition;
- Have not been ordered to your specifications.
Goods cannot be accepted back when:
- Not accompanied by a proof of purchase;
- Returned with incomplete or damaged packaging, with broken seals, or accessories or free gifts, if any;
- Returned in used condition;
Originally ordered as a special order to your specifications.
Warranty
Please return goods that are suspected faulty to our workshop during opening hours.
Such returned goods are to be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Goods need to be tested and fault confirmed before being deemed to be faulty.
Goods damaged by accident, neglect, misuse and/or normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty.
The above do not affect your statutory rights, in terms of Chapter 378 of Section 78 of the Consumer Affairs Act.
