Med-Aesthetic Nurse Specialist: Surgery & Advanced Treatments

Ms. Michela Mifsud is a registered nurse by profession with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing and Psychology from the University of Malta. Since 2021, she has gained considerable experience in med-aesthetics working with local and foreign experts in the field. Her duties entailed carrying out all necessary pre-operative assessments, assisting in the operating theatre, coordinating, and managing the hair transplant surgeries, recovering the patient post operation, assisting doctors with injectables, thread lifting, PRP amongst others and performing laser hair removal and anti-cellulite treatments. Michela has attended two of the most renowned conferences in the world; the IMCAS (international master course on ageing science) world congress and the FACE (facial aesthetic conference and exhibition) conference in 2023. She strives to learn and keeps abreast of the latest technologies, techniques and treatments related to med-aesthetics with the scope of enhancing her continual professional development.
