Description
Hyperhidrosis is a condition that causes excessive sweating in different areas of the body. Treatment with Botulinium Toxin will treat the symptoms of severe sweating underarms, soles of feet or palms of the hand. Botulinum Toxin works by inhibiting the nerve impulses that cause sweating, preventing the sweat glands from generating excessive amounts of sweat. The treatment is non-invasive and quick, with results lasting between 6-12 months. One of the benefits of receiving treatments for excessive sweating is that it also reduces noticeable body odours that are caused by hyperhidrosis.

The client is asked to refrain from intensive exercise or the use of sauna for three days post treatment.

Results are generally visible after 14 days from your date of treatment. Immediately after your treatment, you may notice small red bumps caused by the injections to the treated area. Additionally, you may experience a slight headache, temporary mild redness, bruising and swelling. These symptoms tend to go away within 24 hours.
The effect will last between 4-6 months.
